The 17,000 acre ranch is situated 150 miles north of San Fransico on U.S. Highway 101.
The property consists of oak, Ponderosa pine, Douglas fir, and madrone interspersed with large areas of manzanita and meadows providing splendid habitat for wild life.
Tule elk, blacktail deer, and wild hogs abound on the ranche's diverse terrain.
The big game hunting is managed under a private land management (PLM) arrangement with the California Department of Fish and Game.
